What is your typical project timeline?
Most residential projects run 8–14 weeks from concept to handover. Larger builds and hospitality projects vary — we give you a programme in writing before you commit.
Do you work outside the city?
Yes. We take on a limited number of projects nationwide each year, and travel is built into the fee proposal up front.
How do your fees work?
A fixed fee for design stages, and a percentage for delivery. You see the full breakdown before anything is signed.
